Mat I have had many failures in asking girls out and yea it sucks, but only for a little bit, life rolls on. But in my many attempts i have had many say yes also.

dont be scared to ask this girl out, if you like her enough to ask advice about it why not just ask her out. she will probably say ya but there is that but. IF she says no don’t take it to heart just accept it and leave it be. you may think it would be awkward to be around her if she were to say no but she would feel the same way. So don’t let the awkwardness ruin your friendship just talk to her like nothing ever happened and life WILL roll on.

You may have asked her by now and i hope you did and i hope she said yes and her face lit up. and if she did congrats. you did it.

and if it were a no, so what she is only one fish in the sea

Zane Molgaard, you need to ask this girl out. You don’t need to be sure if she is the one you want to spend the rest of your life with. At least not yet. Just because you are interested in dating someone doesn’t mean you’re going to marry them. The whole point of dating someone is to get to know them better to see if you would someday like to marry them. If you don’t hurry up, somebody might get to her before you have the chance.

Alexandra, i am in the same ditch as you and have been for a couple of years. yes years. you just have to tell that person your feelings. If they return them then hopefully they will do the right thing. However it is up to you to decide what the right thing is.

i met this boy in the summer holidays and we didn’t talk much but i started to like him,
then we started becoming really close to him and i liked him soooo muchhh!
and he’d always like say stuff and iu got my hopess up and then he went and got this girlfriend,
he’s always around me with her and it’s horrible cos i really can’t get over him!
he’s always on my mind and i’ve tried but i can’t get over him!

James is right and wrong at the same time. You should bide you time because if you do get to involved and it doesn’t work out then you will have a miserable time. However there is, in my opinion, a “one”, someone who is perfect for you and you are perfect for her. That’s why you have to take your time and make sure shes the one, maybe you should even tell her about your feelings and then tell her that you want to take it slow. the girl i like i have known=n since 5th grade and i still haven’t asked her out. Part i am a coward, ignore that part, and part i want to make sure that she is “the one”, the one that i want to spend the rest of my life with. So go one. take a chance, but take it slow.
