Hehe. Mara is right. maybe this video would have been better titled “the hunch” or something like that.
But on a more serious note, I’m at college and I can’t stress how important good posture is. Having a sore and uncomfortable back just makes your life more stressful, and more stress makes you hunch more. And extra, unneeded stress is definitely NOT something you need when it comes crunch time at school.
To top it off, back humps are not attractive- unless you’re Quasi. He’s the man.

Yeah, bad posture never affects me. And if it does, I, and no one else, notices. I do practice standing straight when walking though. I gain like 3 inches when I do. I’m 5 foot 6 when hunched (which is almost all the time) and 5 foot 9 when standing up straight. o_O And I measure myself by eye level. As I walk, I watch the person in front of me and measure the eye levels. I know, it’s a bit strange. Oh well…. I’m a strange person. I will, however, try out your exercise >=O
I just randomly came across your site searching the net on gen y topics. Wanted to say I loved the vid! Most people take good posture for granted. I think one point you forgot to mention is that someone who holds themselves well also looks more confident. Who knows your boss might give you a promotion b/c you look so damn good sitting there doing your work!
