The dude who is going to be looking dapper this prom season is…Caleb!! Congratulations bro! Way to spill your heart and still manage to incorporate a goat into your poem. They had been friends for 10 plus years.
He had always been there, wiped all her tears.
She was fifteen when lost her father.
He stayed by her side, when nobody else would bother.

Her prom date had dumped her, with a month left to spare.
She once again felt down, like nobody cared.

So as her good friend, he asked her to prom.
She of course said yes cause he was “da bomb”

He began to wonder, how to get enough money.
He was so far broke, it wasn’t even funny.
Then from facebook came a glimmer of hope.
From a spiky haired guy.. and a goat.
He was never good with words, but decided to try.
But his river of thought had surely run dry.
So he sat there and pondered, he couldn’t quit now.
He knew if he tried, he could do it somehow.

I can’t believe how you look on this fine night.
The way your eyes, seem to sparkle in the moonlight.
The breeze feels like cool kisses on my face.
I wish we could stay here forever, right here in this place.
The rose gardens fill the air with their heavenly scent.
These perfections are something I couldn’t prevent.
The crickets serenade us with their beautiful song.
This night is so perfect, nothing can go wrong.
You look like an angel, your smile is breathtaking.
It seems like your old self is finally awakening.
This moment tonight is something I’ll forever value.
But there still is one thing I feel I must tell you.
I love you, and you know it’s true.
Your my best friend, am I yours too?
